Compressors for 1 or 2 surgeries
Drawing on 30 years experience in oil-less compressor technology, denComp compressors are designed to provide today's demanding dental practice with clean, dry air coupled with simplicity, quality an reliability.
All DenComp dental compressors incorporate a regenerative desiccant dryer. After each completed cycle the dryer purges and the crystals are regenerated. Clean dry air is then stored in the receiver ready for use.
The high performance pump unit uses floating piston technology whilst the use of 4-pole motors halves the running speed used by many other manufacturers.
Model | hp | FAD (output) Ltrs/min | Max Pressure | Tank Ltrs | Dryer | Noise dB(A) | Weight kgs | Dimensions L x D x H cm |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
DC2 | 1.5 | 130 | 8.5 | 24 | Yes | 67 | 35 | 55 x 40 x 60 |
DC2/40 | 1.5 | 130 | 8.5 | 40 | Yes | 67 | 37 | 55 x 40 x 81 |
Positioning the compressor in a suitable area is sometimes challenging. Reducing further the already class leading noise levels of our standard DenComp range, the “AH series” models feature acoustic hoods to bring the noise level down further. Additional cooling fans independently control the temperature inside the acoustic cabinet, ensuring that the high quality of the air is not compromised while maintaining performance.
Providing a cost effective option to a fully enclosed compressor, the AH series combines the quality and reliability of the “DenComp” series with reduced noise levels and simplified maintenance.

When extra-low noise is required, the DenComp “LN series” is purpose built to bring down noise levels to an impressive 57dB(A). Additional cooling fans independently control the temperature inside the acoustic cabinet, ensuring that the high quality of the air is not compromised while maintaining performance. Drawing on over 30 years experience in oil-less compressor technology, the DenComp LN range provides the ultimate solution where noise levels are critical offering a solution for most surgery and laboratory requirements.

Installation Accessories
The recently published code of practice by the British Compressed Air Society and the British Dental Association specifies the provision of clean dry air complemented by particle and bacteria filtration. DenComp breathing air and sterile filters, mounted downstream of the compressor, exceed these requirements ensuring total air quality and hygiene for complete peace of mind.
D20XAC | Breathing Air Filter incorporating a fine coalescing filter to 0.01 micron and an activated carbon filter to remove odour and taste. Meets requirements of ISO 8573-1. Supplied with wall mounting bracket. |
A20MS | Medical Sterile Filter. An autoclavable fine bacteria filter to 0.01 micron efficiency. Should be used in conjunction with D20XAC. |
MSM1 | Filter/regulator c/w gauge and wall mounting bracket. ¼" bsp ported |
